About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary VP of Product to lead the evolution and acceleration of a multi-year product vision that is in line with the company's mission and growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product excellence, owning the product lifecycle, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in product management, particularly in the fintech sector, and a deep understanding of financial systems. The VP of Product will be expected to partner across functions, ensure market fit, and lead with a platform mindset, balancing scalability with client value. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role, and a strong background in areas such as investment platforms, advisor tools, or institutional software. They should be adept at aligning product strategy with business outcomes, particularly in the areas of growth, compliance, client retention, and revenue impact. The role also involves building and scaling product organizations, so experience in talent development and a strong leadership style are essential. The VP of Product at the company will be a key thought partner to executives, a mentor to high-performing product managers, and a champion of the company's values, which include acting like an owner, building together, championing clients, driving innovation, and embracing learning.
