About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Dean of Nursing to play a pivotal role in the advancement of academic excellence, operational efficiency, and program quality within the BSN program. The successful candidate will be a key administrative leader, working closely with the Dean to support curriculum development, faculty coordination, student success initiatives, and accreditation efforts. This includes ensuring the BSN curriculum aligns with accreditation standards and prepares students for the NCLEX-RN licensure exam, as well as fostering partnerships with healthcare organizations and the community. The role also involves strategic and operational support, such as contributing to program assessment, quality improvement, and engaging in grant writing and fundraising.
Applicants for the Assistant Dean of Nursing position at the company should hold a Master’s degree in Nursing, with a preference for a Doctorate in Nursing or a related field. A current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in nursing education, clinical practice, or administration, with at least 2-3 years' of teaching experience at the baccalaureate level.
