About the Role

Applicants for the Assistant Dean of Nursing position at the company should hold a Master’s degree in Nursing, with a preference for a Doctorate, and possess a current, unencumbered RN license. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in nursing education, clinical practice, or administration is required, with at least 2-3 years' of teaching experience at the baccalaureate level preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and program administration, and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education and healthcare.
