About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to spearhead its new partnership strategy and execution. This pivotal role involves leading a team dedicated to driving significant recurring revenue growth by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new strategic distribution partners. The successful candidate will be instrumental in forging strategic alliances that expand market opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy, defining partner program tiers, and consistently achieving sales growth targets. The VP will also be responsible for the full lifecycle of partner engagement, from prospecting to successful onboarding, and will work closely with the marketing team to create co-marketing initiatives that enhance partnership opportunities.

Applicants for the VP, Business Development role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
