This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our team and make a significant impact. In this key position, you will lead your own team dedicated to identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new strategic partners that will drive substantial recurring revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to shape and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy, define partner program tiers, and meet ambitious sales growth targets. You will oversee the entire partner engagement lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing department to create compelling co-marketing initiatives that elevate our partnership opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong history of building and scaling successful strategic partnership programs, consistently achieving sales targets related to recurring revenue, and possess an in-depth understanding of B2B and B2B2C sales models. Proficiency in CRM software and a proactive approach to leveraging emerging AI technologies are also necessary. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are critical, along with the ability to lead a team, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure alignment across functions.
