About the Role

The Company is in search of a seasoned Portfolio Management professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Portfolio Management department, responsible for developing investment strategies, constructing portfolios, and monitoring the performance of assets at both the individual and portfolio levels. This role involves leading the quarterly investor reporting process, overseeing fund-level cash flow modeling, and tracking key economic and multifamily market data. The candidate will also be involved in asset-level financings, recapitalizations, and dispositions, as well as leading the process of preparing marketing materials for investment offerings.

Applicants must have a minimum of 8-10 years' of experience in portfolio management, with a focus on multifamily or housing assets, and a strong background in managing capital markets transactions. For those being considered at the Senior Vice President level, a significant track record in portfolio strategy leadership and experience in mentoring and managing staff is required. The role demands a professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing and approving asset-level distributions, coordinating with various departments, and developing relationships within the multifamily industry.
