About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) for its Global FTP function within Balance Sheet Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the policies related to funds transfer pricing for business assets and liabilities, ensuring compliance with interest rate, capital, and liquidity requirements. This role involves engaging in cross-functional workstreams to design and enhance frameworks for attributing FTP costs and benefits to businesses, as well as executing firm-wide transfer pricing processes. The SVP will also be involved in creating FTP reporting to support management decision-making and will have a high level of visibility, requiring the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across the organization.
Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in financial services, corporate treasury, and/or ALM, with a strong preference for those with extensive knowledge of bank balance sheet management and the regulatory landscape. The role demands a proven ability to lead and influence teams, experience in large-scale transformation projects, and excellent communication skills. The SVP will be expected to work under pressure, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and take personal accountability for results. A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required, with an advanced degree being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background in business acumen, data analysis, internal controls, management reporting, problem-solving, process execution, and risk identification and assessment, with a focus on transfer pricing.
