About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Vice President for our Global FTP function within Balance Sheet Management. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the creation and oversight of policies surrounding funds transfer pricing tailored for interest rates, capital, and liquidity mandates. Your expertise will facilitate cross-functional collaborations aimed at designing and refining frameworks that effectively attribute FTP costs and benefits across departments, while also managing firm-wide transfer pricing processes. You will be instrumental in developing FTP reporting mechanisms to bolster informed management decision-making, necessitating strong engagement and influence amongst key stakeholders across the organization.
We seek candidates with a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, corporate treasury, and/or Asset Liability Management (ALM). Extensive knowledge of bank balance sheet management and the regulatory environment is preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, experience in large-scale transformation initiatives, and outstanding communication skills.
Your strategic input will be crucial in enhancing FTP policies and frameworks, guaranteeing consistent application of FTP across global operations, while proactively managing the bank's balance sheet through insightful FTP analytics. A Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is required; an advanced degree is advantageous. We value urgency, a results-driven mindset, and personal accountability in our ideal candidate.
