The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR Business Resiliency team, with a mission to enhance the organization's ability to deliver exceptional products and services to customers, even in the face of disruptions. This role involves providing guidance and governance to business stakeholders in the development of business resiliency plans, ensuring compliance with firm-wide standards, and partnering with process owners to document and test effective resiliency strategies. The Business Resiliency Manager will also be responsible for maintaining an alert posture on crisis incidents, coordinating incident responses, and leading resiliency testing and activities required by regulatory authorities.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with at least 7 years in business resiliency and/or incident management, preferably within the financial industry. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with superior project management, organization, and communication skills. The ability to handle pressure situations, lead crisis management, and be available to support the business during disruptive events is essential.
