About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Distribution Relationships to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a best-in-class reinsurer relationship strategy that fosters long-term, strategic growth. This role requires a deep understanding of reinsurer behavior and the ability to lead the implementation of engagement plans that align with the company's strategic goals, revenue growth, and client needs. The Head of Distribution Relationships will work closely with senior leaders to evolve the engagement strategic plan, monitor and document key takeaways from executive meetings, and ensure follow-through on action items. They will also be instrumental in sourcing and executing opportunities for revenue growth and overseeing the advancement of reinsurer analysis tools.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a University degree and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, or equivalent. A proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and business growth within the reinsurance sector is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, with exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work across a complex global stakeholder matrix. Experience in developing and executing strategic client/market engagement plans, as well as a strong background in leveraging data visualizations for strategic decision-making, is required. The role demands a connector in chief who can ensure that the focus remains on engagement, strategic alignment, and positive impacts on revenue.
