The Company is seeking a Vice President Sales to spearhead the development of new business, with a focus on driving the sales pipeline and systematizing a successful approach to selling its products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding targets, developing expertise in the company's offerings, and effectively communicating their value to prospective clients. This role requires the ability to develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads, progress them through the sales process, and ultimately close sales. The VP Sales will also be expected to engage with the company's leadership, utilize CRM technologies, and contribute to the development of new selling strategies.
Applicants for the VP Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a business field, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in medical equipment sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
