About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Head of Infrastructure - Executive Director to lead its Global Credit Financing team with a focus on private credit portfolio financing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing risk across infrastructure financing solutions, which encompass a range of assets in the infrastructure ecosystem. This role involves working closely with clients, including private credit funds, asset managers, and BDCs, to provide tailored financing solutions secured by their infrastructure assets. The Executive Director will also be expected to opine on the structure of financing facilities, interface with clients to understand their investments, and demonstrate expertise in credit risk management.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in infrastructure-related credit risk management, investment banking, or portfolio management, with a strong background in credit risk analysis. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a global team and develop junior talent. Strong analytical and modeling skills are essential, as is the ability to think strategically, innovate, and grow the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing risk, be adept at partnering with credit and market risk teams, and have the ability to thrive under competitive pressure while maintaining an excellent work ethic.
