About the Role The Company is seeking an SVP, Operations / General Manager for the West region. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the operational and financial performance of the business unit, with a strong focus on market leadership, P&L ownership, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of market performance, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, teammate engagement and retention, financial results, and client experience and retention. Key responsibilities include leading a highly matrixed team, instilling a culture of operational discipline, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves talent management, client partnership, and collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure market growth and expansion.
