This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the operational and financial performance of the business unit, with a strong focus on market leadership, P&L ownership, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of market performance, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, teammate engagement and retention, financial results, and client experience and retention. They will lead a large, matrixed team, instill a culture of operational discipline, and ensure the delivery of the company's mission with a patient-first approach. The role requires a leader with an ownership mindset, a commitment to operational excellence, and a passion for teammate and client-centric leadership. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, multisite services, or a comparable industry, with a proven track record of full P&L responsibility.
