About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for a US Cards Relationship Manager role within its Wealth Lending division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the relationship with US Personal Banking in partnership with the Wealth Operations team, with a focus on reimagining the Wealth US Cards offering. This role is pivotal in providing competitive borrowing solutions that align with the broader wealth management goals of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. The ideal candidate will have a client-centric focus, a strategic and analytical mindset, and a proven ability to build and manage internal relationships to drive common goals. Key responsibilities include being the US Credit Card escalation point for Bankers and Financial Advisors, managing business risks, and ensuring a culture of ethics and compliance.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in a credit card-related role within a high net worth or ultra-high net worth organization. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights.
