About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Strategy Vice President/Senior Vice President for its Wealth Lending division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Global Head of Business Strategy and Governance in translating business plans into regional action plans, executing strategic projects, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights. The candidate will also be expected to partner with the regional lending leadership team to conduct market research, prepare presentations, and lead product lifecycle mapping to identify areas for efficiency improvement. Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in financial services, with a preference for those with lending experience in a high net worth or ultra-high net worth organization. Key skills include the ability to identify and solve problems, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The role demands a detail-oriented, goal-oriented individual who is proficient in tools like Excel and PowerPoint, and is capable of working in a team to support the Wealth Lending Head with various ad-hoc requests.
