About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their leadership team and spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The CMO will be responsible for leading all marketing activities across multiple lines of business, with a focus on product marketing, market research, product positioning, pricing, and the development of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads. Additionally, the CMO will oversee the brand image, creative ideation, and design, and lead demand generation efforts, including digital marketing and website strategy. A key aspect of the role is also leading corporate strategic marketing initiatives and business development opportunities.
The ideal candidate for the CMO position at the company will have a background in B2B services, with a strong preference for an MBA and at least 10 years' of experience in a corporate marketing setting. The successful candidate will be a proven marketing leader with a track record of success, possessing deep product marketing expertise, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities. Critical leadership capabilities include the ability to build and maintain relationships, strategic thinking, and the capacity to lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. The CMO should be a creative thinker, with a high sense of urgency, results-oriented, and demonstrate unconditional ethics and integrity.
