About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean for its Division of Counseling and Psychology. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, student-centered educator with a strategic administrative background, capable of leading and supporting divisional directors and faculty. The successful candidate will be tasked with articulating the company's role in preparing the next generation of the behavioral health workforce and must be committed to this mission. The Dean will oversee a diverse range of academic programs, including undergraduate psychology, graduate programs in clinical mental health counseling, and a recently APA-accredited doctoral program in counseling and school psychology. This is a full-time, administrative role with an annual teaching load and a focus on advising doctoral students' scholarly projects. The Dean will work to ensure that the division is utilizing current resources effectively and is in compliance with relevant policies and practices.
