The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President, Pricing Actuary to join their expanding actuarial team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in supporting the personal lines ratemaking function, ensuring its accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals. The successful candidate will lead the development of long-term actuarial strategies, manage senior actuarial teams, and provide critical insights into the health and profitability of the personal lines portfolio. Collaboration across functions to promote data-driven decision-making, oversight of insurance department filings, and support for audit, model development, and regulatory compliance initiatives are also key responsibilities.
