About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director - Head of Liquidity Reporting and Implementation to join their Global Liquidity Management (GLM) Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of key regulatory reports, leading the implementation of business requirements, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements. This role involves close collaboration with the Global Treasury Risk Management function to manage liquidity within firm policies and meet regulatory expectations. The Head of Liquidity Reporting and Implementation will also be tasked with supervising daily regulatory fillings, developing governance and controls for regulatory reporting, and leading the design and development of the next-generation liquidity calculation engine.
Candidates for this role at The Company should be thoughtful leaders with strong team management skills, analytical thinkers, and proactive problem solvers. The position requires a deep knowledge of LCR, NSFR, and FR2052a reporting requirements, as well as experience with financial systems, data, and IT infrastructure. A background in the financial services industry, particularly in liquidity management and data within a large bank, is essential. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with regulators in the liquidity space, be detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess strong communication and time management skills. A BA/BS degree in a quantitative or related field is required, with an M.Sc. preferred, and at least 15 years of relevant experience.
