This role demands a leader with significant executive experience in a Life Plan Community or complex senior services environment, a proven track record in strategic transformation, and a deep understanding of nonprofit governance and value-based care in aging services. The CEO will also be tasked with elevating the organization's external profile, fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
The ideal CEO for the company will have a background in military service or a strong affinity for military culture, as the organization is rooted in a proud military legacy. Key leadership responsibilities include integrating innovation in wellness, technology, and intergenerational programming, as well as building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The role requires a leader with unwavering integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead through complexity and change. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree in a related field.
