motivated and detail-oriented Event Assistant
to support the planning and execution of high-impact events for leading brands.
We specialize in
immersive, experiential marketing campaigns —from pop-up shops and product launches to live brand activations and interactive installations. If you're looking to kick-start your career in event planning and brand marketing, this is the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of
live events ,
brand activations , and
experiential marketing campaigns Communicate with clients to understand event goals, branding, and messaging Support
event logistics
including setup, teardown, vendor coordination, scheduling, and equipment management Provide on-site event support: guest check-in, crowd flow coordination, and real-time problem solving Help prepare event materials such as branded giveaways, signage, and promotional tools Collaborate with internal departments (creative, logistics, marketing) and external vendors Participate in post-event wrap-ups, including feedback collection and performance reporting
Qualifications & Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm in fast-paced, high-pressure environments A creative, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events as needed Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
