Role Description
This is a full-time, entry-level Event Assistant role based on-site in Orlando, FL. The Event Assistant will assist in the planning and execution of events, provide excellent customer service, and ensure effective communication among team members and clients. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, handling setup and teardown, and maintaining organizational details for each event.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills and excellent Communication abilities
- Event Planning and Event Management experience
- Exceptional Organization Skills
- Support the sales team
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing event needs
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in experiential marketing or related field is beneficial
