ABOUT THE POSITION What we need from you: Some dental knowledge We would prefer: A bubbly, friendly personality Customer service experience Someone who is coachable and eager to learn Schedule:
This position works Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7 PM, with every other Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2 PM. Your typical day:
As a Entry-Level Scheduling Coordinator, your mornings start with setting the tone for the day-preparing the schedule and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You greet every patient with a warm smile, answer their questions, and guide them through their visit. Between calls and scheduling appointments, you're the go-to for keeping our day on track. By the end of the day, you're discussing treatment plans, sending patients off with confidence, and feeling proud of the difference you made in someone's health journey. We couldn't do what we do without your dedication to keeping our practice running smoothly!
