Systems Administrator - Intermediate
Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong familiarity with all Microsoft Office products, specifically the Office365 (M365) software group. The ability to multi-task, appropriately prioritize, work with minimal supervision, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment is required Must have knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or On-Premises administration, including site management, permissions, and content management. Must have knowledge of supporting Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Must have knowledge of Microsoft products, including Office 365, OneDrive, and Teams, in an extensive environment. Must have knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and integration issues for Power Platform and SharePoint. Knowledge of governance and compliance best practices within the Power Platform and SharePoint environments. Knowledge of diagnosing and resolving technical issues using analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of basic network concepts and web-based application troubleshooting. Knowledge of creating and maintaining user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles. Knowledge of IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for ticket management and incident resolution. Knowledge of IIS Administration a plus.
