Responsibilities

Assist with client relationships and strategic marketing projects focusing on content creation and digital advertising. Support campaign planning and execution, including announcements, events, and tradeshows. Write, proof, and manage social media content, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement. Create nuanced client-specific copy for blogs, email campaigns (MailChimp, Constant Contact), website content, and other communications. Support website updates (light coding and HTML), contact database, and e-commerce/LMS management. Develop and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, with A/B testing and optimization. Design assets for print and digital using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Support photo and video editing, including on-site media capture and post-production. Assist with project management, research, and client reporting as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, design, or related field. 2-3 years agency experience with research, content creation, and digital execution skills. Strong organization, promptness, multitasking, and attention to detail. Project management, customer service, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic HTML. Desire for long-term growth with WildRock and openness to mentorship.
