Join our team to experience what it's like to work at "one of the best places to work in the metro Atlanta".About this PositionThe ISP New Business Analyst will perform or manage the New Business mailout processes. Outgoing mail must be tracked to ensure proper delivery and the candidate will also perform quality control check on processed work as well as daily reconciliation to ensure all trades have been processed correctly within department standards. Additional duties could include but not limited to TIH report, Checks forward and Received Log, Daily Recon, OFAC runs, Fund Set up, and anything else requested by Management. In addition, this role can perform all the following duties: prepares paperwork, scans, and processes incoming new business trades. (New Business trades may include outside funds, 529 Plans or variable annuities.) Any trades that do not meet the required criteria will be routed to Quality of Business (QOB) for further review and correction. Trades that are processed will be mailed to the appropriate fund companies.
