is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform team. This role manages a team of ~10 professionals across functional analysis, development, and delivery, driving CRM adoption and expansion across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the CRM strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Oversee design, configuration, integration, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse IT team.
Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value.
Manage CRM projects, portfolio planning, budgets, and risk.
Partner with Microsoft and other vendors to maximize platform capabilities.
Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, security, and SOX requirements. Qualifications:
8-10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3-5 years in management.
Proven success leading CRM or enterprise application teams.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, configuration, integrations, and reporting (Power BI, Power Platform).
Experience with customer service/case management; telematics a plus.
Skilled in business partnership, vendor management, and project delivery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
