$26.32-$30.07 per hour What you'll do as the Hardware Fulfillment Specialist:
Support users by managing hardware fulfillment, inventory, and break/fix services across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, etc.) Ensure equipment is properly stocked, configured, tracked, and shipped, while maintaining detailed inventory records and supporting repair operations Fulfill hardware deployment and recovery requests (stocking, picking, configuring, and shipping hardware) Manage detailed inventory tracking and reconciliation Apply firmware configurations and updates Perform break/fix operations to ensure hardware reliability Communicate effectively with users to provide high-quality support What you'll bring to the Hardware Fulfillment Specialist role:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing established processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift 25+ lbs and move pallets as needed with or without reasonable accommodations Comfort working in ambiguous situations with strong problem-solving skills Positive attitude and relationship-building skills Experience with or willingness to learn inventory systems Strong analytical skills
