Job Title: Senior Technology Programs Manager
- Track and manage taskings in CATMS.
- Develop daily concepts and activities to inform, influence, and align Critical Technology Protection (CTP) initiatives to address systemic issues affecting the DoDs ability to safeguard against loss or compromise.
- Draft and update up to twelve policies annually for coordinating and staffing within the DoD, including preparing and presenting briefings to senior leadership on CTP efforts.
- Review DoD and IC policies, participate in policy development meetings, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve conflicting positions related to CTP policy matters.
- Enhance collaboration among Acquisitions, CI, Intelligence, Research, and Security communities to undermine adversary confidence in ex-filtrated data and respond to Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) threats to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
- Transform, deliver, and oversee the implementation of operational DoD Information and CTP policies, balancing information sharing and protection.
- Incorporate non-security and non-DoD partners into Security, Counterintelligence, Insider Threat Program, and CTP efforts to ensure policy integration across all aspects of CTP.
- Engage with Defense components, COCOMS, agencies, and the IC to improve CTP efforts.
- Support up to forty community forums to coordinate policy and inform OUSD(I&S) leadership, shaping CTP initiatives.
- Coordinate defense intelligence input across DoD and the IC on requirements, capabilities, investments, policy, outreach, and governance of CTP efforts. Prepare up to fifty-two meeting summaries annually.
- Maintain strong client focus, commitment to continuous improvement, and proactive networking and relationship-building.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education
Bachelors degree in Security or a related field
This full-time position operates Monday through Friday in a professional office environment. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines are used routinely. Limited travel may be required.
The physical demands include:
- Talking or hearing regularly.
- Standing, walking, using hands, reaching with hands and arms frequently.
- Occasionally lifting office supplies up to 20 pounds.
