We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a New Product Development (NPD) team within the Electrophysiology (EP) Franchise. This role is pivotal in driving strategic execution in a competitive and fast-growing technology within the EP market, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and operational excellence. You will collaborate cross-functionally and across global sites to lead a highly visible program that improves product efficiency and usability. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic foresight, and leadership maturity to navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful results. Work Mode

Collaborate with the technical lead and functional managers to optimize team performance and foster development. Steer strategic portfolio planning and execution, encompassing risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. Address technical challenges and ensure regulatory compliance throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. Prepare and update Operational Plans, Design History Files (DHF), and Engineering Change documentation. Direct phase reviews, business reviews, and communications at the executive level. Facilitate effective communication and alignment between project teams and Franchise leadership. Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for the EP SUD Program. Promote Boston Scientific's core values of inclusion, innovation, and integrity across all aspects of program leadership. Guarantee compliance with global regulatory requirementssuch as EU MDR, US FDAand uphold internal quality systems. Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with at least 7 years of related experience is required. Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs is essential. Excellent organizational, communication, and influencing abilities are necessary. Proven capability to oversee multiple high-profile projects concurrently with strategic significance is expected. Experience in product development and portfolio management is also required. Preferred Attributes:
BS Degree in Engineering or related technical field. PMP Certification. Experience in the medical device industry, particularly with catheter or implantable systems. Knowledge of DHF, DMR, Engineering Change processes, and regulatory documentation. Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders. Comfort with presenting to senior leadership and executive audiences.
