Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated receptionist who values warmth, empathy, and customer-centric service. The role requires ensuring a positive and seamless clinic experience for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to make a lasting first impression and contribute to the smooth operation of our clinic. Responsibilities
Provide a warm, empathetic, and customer-centric experience for clients. Set up the clinic at the start of the day and close it at the end of the day. Support payment and billing processes. No phone management required as the clinic has satellite phone support. Essential Skills
6+ months to 3 years of experience in a similar role. (customer service, retail, service industry) Proficiency in customer service, front desk operations, and client relationship management. Warm, inviting, and professional demeanor. Solutions-oriented approach. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Interest in healthcare (prior healthcare experience not required). Mandarin language skills are a plus, as one of the providers serves a significant Mandarin-speaking patient population. Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the flexibility to occasionally cover a weekend day. The primary location is in Sunnyvale, with training available in RWC or SF if flexible. The environment is professional, focusing on delivering exceptional care and support to clients. The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
