This is a full-time, in-office role offering a long-term growth opportunity and the chance to work with some of the most respected attorneys in the region. Position Overview: You'll provide key administrative support to a small team of litigators and a trusts & estates attorney. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision and client service. Key Responsibilities: Support 2 litigation attorneys and 1 estate/trust attorney Calendar management, court deadline tracking, and NetDocuments usage Filing pleadings/discovery, assembling trial binders, summarizing depositions Legal research and document drafting Interfacing with courts, clients, and opposing counsel Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and LexisNexis Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive tasks Ideal Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a litigation legal assistant or legal secretary Background in litigation required; estate/trust experience a bonus Organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicator Comfortable working independently or in a collaborative team setting Compensation & Benefits: 15 PTO days/year (plus 3 carryover days allowed) and paid holidays 401(k) with firm participation Group medical, dental, and vision plans If you're ready to join a dynamic firm known for its growth and team environment, reach out to Chad Calcaterra at gpac or send your resume directly for confidential consideration.
