Purpose The Supply Chain Supervisor will oversee the entire end-to-end supply chain process—including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution—to ensure materials and products are delivered on time, in full, and at the most cost-effective rates. This role requires strong analytical skills, vendor management expertise, and a proven track record of achieving measurable cost savings while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet business goals, including OTIF (On Time In Full) and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) targets.
Forecast demand and manage inventory levels using Min/Max controls for all SKUs to maintain optimal stock availability.
Maintain and track inventory in Microsoft NAV; generate regular reports on raw materials and finished goods.
Monitor and analyze Days on Hand (DOH) for both finished goods and raw materials, identifying trends to improve inventory management and reduce waste.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Source and manage suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of materials.
Achieve annual cost savings of at least $75,000 through strategic purchasing.
Logistics & Distribution
Oversee transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment operations to meet OTIF targets.
Optimize shipping routes, schedules, and carrier selection to reduce freight spend by $20,000 annually without compromising delivery performance.
Inventory & Production Planning
Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet production and sales demand while minimizing excess.
Create production schedules based on sales forecasts and current inventory; Data & Reporting
Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, DOH, supplier performance, forecast accuracy, and order fulfillment accuracy.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with quality teams to quickly address supplier or product quality concerns.

Supply Chain knowledge :
~ Sales, Operations, Finance). 

ERP & EDI knowledge :
~ Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications, Active Directory, File systems, Windows Server, SQL, etc.

Proven track record of adding value to a business via process improvement and leveraging technology. 

Education, Training, and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum five years of business process improvement and ERP experience (ideally with NAV).
Experience in the Food Processing/Manufacturing industry preferred
