Roles And Responsibilities
Prepare and manage personal injury cases from intake through trial under partner supervision. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial documents. Represent clients in court proceedings in both NJ and NY jurisdictions. Maintain clear communication with clients, medical providers, and experts. Collaborate with a litigation team to protect the rights of seriously injured individuals.
Qualifications
3-5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York (State & Federal Courts). Deep knowledge of NJ/NY Court Rules and Rules of Evidence. Strong negotiation, written, and oral advocacy skills. Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a significant plus.
Compensation And Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience and trial skills. Join a firm with 80+ years of combined litigation experience. Work closely with experienced partners on complex injury cases. Opportunity to litigate brain and spinal injury cases. Office located in Fort Lee and Hackensack, NJ, with collaborative team support.
