to join our team, focusing on large property accounts. The role involves assessing risk, underwriting policies, and contributing to the growth and profitability of our portfolio. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and underwrite large property insurance submissions. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to determine coverage, terms, and pricing. Collaborate with brokers, clients, and internal teams for thorough risk understanding. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Develop underwriting guidelines and strategies with management. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. At least 3 years of underwriting experience in large property accounts. Knowledge of the energy industry and related risks. Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. Proven success in meeting underwriting goals and contributing to profitability.
