Regional Human Resources Manager

is responsible for providing operational support and managing HR activities including succession planning, workforce stabilization, compliance, compensation, benefits, team relations, team member development, and employee communications for assigned regions. The HR Manager partners with Regional Vice Presidents and Field Managers (District, Store Managers) to execute various HR functions. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Store Operations Business Partners to ensure HR practices are met, including HR compliance, staffing, retention, and team member engagement. Lead regional strategies for team member development, including succession planning, training compliance, coaching, development plans, store stabilization, and talent management. Support and guide store investigations and employee relations issues. Analyze people metrics and regional reports to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Represent HR on cross-functional teams for projects and process improvements. Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

4-year degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of HR experience in a multi-unit retail environment. Advanced knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Spanish-speaking skills highly desired. Location: Based in Florida, covering Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Orlando markets. Full-time position at 19173 South Dixie Hwy., Miami, FL 33157-7714. Additional Details:
