Walmart Connect is seeking a Prinicipal, Product Manager to support enabling media partners with Walmart’s targeting and measurement capabilities. You will work with cross-functional teams from Sales, Client Services, and Strategy to bring the power of Walmart's vast audience graph to life for our clients across our Social and CTV partners. This is a high impact opportunity to drive meaningful growth and transformation for the business.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if
You’re comfortable influencing cross functional partners, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly. You are a structured thinker, resourceful, disciplined for execution, and have a can-do attitude. You are metrics driven, and are comfortable using data to problem solve, or find opportunities to enhance products. You have hands-on experience of driving 0-1 product adoption. You have experience in working hand in hand with Sales, 3rd Party Partners, Product Marketing, multiple Engineering teams and other cross-functional Partners to achieve your goals. You have knowledge and experience in Advertising Technology, Advertising Measurement and/or Connected TV. You thrive in ambiguity building large-scale, impactful products. You take charge with little direction and have a “get things done” attitude. You can focus on all aspects of launching major “0-1” products; no job is too big or too small.
You’ll make an impact by
Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks. Working with engineering, sales, strategy and product marketing teams to develop a product vision and bring it to life. Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field 9+ years of experience in product management, or related field 4+ years of experience withAd-Tech, Mar-Tech, CTV or Advertising Measurement Experience in Self-Serve campaign management platforms and full funnel attribution Experience in Guaranteed and Non-guaranteed (advertising auctions) campaign delivery Experience working data sharing technologies, including data clean rooms Experience influencing cross functional partners, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership Excellent communicator, presentation skills and can tell stories that inspire, captivate, and draw others to action Execution rigor - Thinking through end-to-end operations, detailed requirements for engineering, and can see around corners in execution preventing technical problems from arising at launch Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize the most important products to launch. Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically
