Our mission is to help clients restore and enhance the value of their assets through expert construction solutions and collaborative partnerships. Role Overview The Director of Business Development plays a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives and proactive client engagement. This position is split between: Marketing Strategy & Oversight (20%)

Outside Sales & Client Relationship Management (80%)

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new market opportunities through networking, meetings, and industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

Maintain and manage pipeline leads using Monday.com.

Generate regular performance reports for leadership.

Client Relationship Management Engage with attorneys, owners, and stakeholders to coordinate proposal and estimate deadlines.

Anticipate project challenges and proactively develop solutions with the project team.

Contribute to the master pipeline and forecast project delivery timelines.

Collaborate with Preconstruction and internal teams to close deals and secure contracts.

Marketing & Brand Presence Curate and manage content for social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

Coordinate project photography and videography for marketing use.

Work with graphic designers and marketing professionals to develop branded materials.

Lead quarterly email and digital marketing campaigns targeting key client segments.
