Manage and contribute to civil litigation matters in Washington state and federal courts Participate in internal and regulatory investigations across various sectors Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and complex litigation documents Engage in strategic planning for enforcement and advisory cases Collaborate on case development, discovery, and depositions Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Maintain organized case files and ensure timely docket progress Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience in complex civil and white-collar matters Deep familiarity with Washington state and federal courts Previous clerkship in a U.S. District Court (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to manage cases and provide strategic legal counsel Experience working independently and in teams Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications: Active membership or eligibility for admission to the Washington State Bar Association Skills:
Exceptional legal research and writing skills Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory issues Comfort in high-stakes, fast-paced environments Effective client communication and relationship management Job Location: Seattle, WA Benefits:
