This position is a non-partner track role. The salary for this position is between $150k to $234k. Qualifications 7+ years of civil litigation experience within a law firm, which includes some employment litigation experience. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents; handling case in project management; handling depositions and trial preparation projects; and handling discovery, including e-discovery. Excellent research, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong academic credentials with state board admission or ability to become admitted in Washington. Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
