Job Title: Vice President - Large Commerical Construction Projects Overview: The VP, ISD Projects, will lead the delivery of large-scale Energy-as-a-Service projects, ensuring execution excellence—on time, within budget, and meeting energy savings and performance targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead project delivery teams to drive safety, cost control, energy savings, and client satisfaction. Oversee $50M+ projects with full P&L responsibility. Implement standardized project management practices across regions. Manage budgets, cash flow, contracts, vendors, and subcontractors. Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with business goals. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance and quality. Develop strong client relationships and oversee vendor management. Build leadership capability within project teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. 15+ years’ experience managing $50M+ projects. Strong MEP knowledge and accounting/financial background. Proven P&L management and cross-functional leadership experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Travel:
~50% to job sites/office locations.
