Location: Newport Beach, CA Duties: Meet with clients to design estate plans, review drafts, and finalize plans. Oversee and manage a team of paralegals and client services associates. Mentor junior team members, providing training and professional development. Provide backup support to the probate and trust administration team when necessary. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in estate planning. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Willingness to work full-time, in-person at the Newport Beach office (part-time hours considered for candidates with caregiver responsibilities or unique circumstances). Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law school. Certifications: Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar. Skills: Expertise in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and asset protection strategies. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in legal technology and estate planning software (e.g., WealthCounsel).
