About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the management of a diverse, multi-asset investment portfolio, with a primary focus on private equity. This role is pivotal in all stages of private equity investments, from origination and diligence to post-close value creation. The Vice President will also be involved in the strategic oversight of existing private equity, venture, and real estate holdings. Key responsibilities include leading the investment process, partnering with portfolio companies, and contributing to the firm's long-term success. The role demands a high level of investment acumen, technical strength in financial modeling and valuation, and the ability to mentor and lead a team.

Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have 6-12 years' of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting, with a proven track record in deal execution and portfolio management. The role requires a candidate with advanced financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to apply data-driven and AI-enabled tools. A strong sense of ownership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a commitment to integrity and ethical standards are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an M.B.A. being preferred, and must demonstrate strong leadership potential, communication skills, and the ability to influence and engage with senior leaders.
