About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Chief Financial Officer to join its mission-driven organization. The CFO will play a pivotal role in providing strategic and operational financial leadership that is in line with the company's values and global financial operations. This includes overseeing long-term financial planning, consolidation of global accounts, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial management, and compliance, and will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership and the Board Finance Committee. The role also involves strengthening internal controls, risk management, and fostering a high-performing finance team.

Candidates for the Global CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a CPA designation, and at least 10 years of senior financial leadership experience in a complex, multi-entity, or global non-profit or corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fund accounting, compliance, and audit oversight, as well as experience with global consolidations and multi-currency transactions. A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, the CFO should be adept at working across cultures and geographies, and be resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to the company's mission and values are essential.
