About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. This is a pivotal role, as the CFO will be the first to hold this senior leadership position, created to support the organization's growth and global complexity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational financial leadership that aligns with the company's mission and values. Key responsibilities include overseeing long-term financial planning, consolidation of global accounts, and serving as the primary financial advisor to senior leadership and the Board Finance Committee. The CFO will also ensure compliance with all financial regulations, lead the preparation of global financial statements, and strengthen internal controls and risk management processes.
Applicants for the Global CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a CPA designation, and at least 10 years of senior financial leadership experience in a complex, multi-entity, or global non-profit or corporate environment. The role requires expertise in fund accounting, compliance, and audit oversight, as well as experience with global consolidations and multi-currency transactions.
