Research and Development (R&D) Program Manager (Up to $15000) #N3

Location: Bendemeer

Duration: 3 months contract

Salary: Up to $15000

Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM, 5 days a week, 1 hour lunch break

Job Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of R&D programs focused on maintenance automation, from ideation to deployment.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, opportunities and resources across multiple concurrent projects.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (engineering, operations, IT, innovation) and external partners (vendors, research institutions, technology providers, government bodies).
• Facilitate regular updates, workshops, and steering committees to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Translate technical developments into measured business value for executive stakeholders.

Product Development & Innovation

• Lead the design, prototyping, development, testing, and validation of new automation technologies and tools.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements.

Technical & Strategic Leadership

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies in predictive maintenance, AI/ML, IoT, and robotics.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
• Contribute to the company’s innovation strategy and long-term technology roadmap.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in R&D, innovation, or product development roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, AI, automation technologies, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
