Head of Partner Marketing Manager

with a technical background in cloud data platforms and alliance marketing. This role involves collaborating with our Partnerships, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales teams to design and execute co-marketing programs that boost joint pipeline and enhance Sigma's presence with Snowflake, Databricks, key ISVs, and SIs. We want a self-starter who can turn partner strategies into impactful campaigns and empower sales teams to succeed together. What You'll Do

Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with Snowflake and Databricks that generate leads, accelerate deals, and obtain partner certifications. Build integrated partner demand programs—webinars, ebooks, ABM plays, event sponsorships—aligned with partner roadmaps and Sigma's product launches. Increase Sigma's brand awareness through partner channels. Create enablement assets like battlecards, one-pagers, email templates, and presentations to articulate joint value propositions and support sales teams. Work with Product Marketing to develop technical briefs, ROI calculators, and partner playbooks highlighting Sigma's differentiation on Snowflake and Databricks architectures. Identify co-selling opportunities with ISVs and SIs, co-author case studies, and co-host workshops or events showcasing Sigma solutions. Manage positioning, content, and activities at partner conferences such as Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data+AI Summit. Track program performance and iterate campaigns based on ROI and feedback. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to align goals and deliverables. Continuously optimize partner marketing processes and benchmark industry best practices. Qualifications

3–5 years of B2B technology marketing, with at least 2 years in partner or alliance marketing in the data/BI space. Proven success in co-marketing with cloud platform partners like Snowflake and Databricks, or leading ISVs and SIs. Deep understanding of cloud data warehouse ecosystems and analytics/BI layers. Ability to craft joint value messaging and develop enablement assets for technical and executive audiences. Experience managing multi-channel demand campaigns with KPI and ROI focus. Exceptional project management skills. Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies and metrics. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Willingness to travel occasionally.
