Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and emails from residents, landlords, and applicants Provide accurate information on housing programs and application processes Troubleshoot application and account issues Record and update customer interactions while maintaining confidentiality Collaborate with team members to resolve complex concerns Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a related field 1+ year of customer service or call center experience 1+ year of professional Office experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills
