Key Responsibilities:
Build and deliver tire loads to other Southern Tire Mart locations and wholesale customers. Perform shipping and receiving duties related to tire loads. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, vehicle logs, and safety documentation. Keep up with necessary certifications required for driving and safety compliance. Conduct and update vehicle maintenance and safety inspection sheets daily. Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and traffic laws. Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with customers and team members. Load and unload tire shipments as required. Must be able to lift and/or move tires weighing between 30-250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance. Skills / Education / Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; CDL preferred but not required. Prior delivery, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to lift and handle heavy tires safely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Benefits:
